Moving to a new area is more than a home search. You are choosing where you will spend your days, from your commute and errands to where you will make friends. Online research can show you listings, but it cannot tell you what it feels like to live in Peachtree City compared to Fayetteville, Senoia, or Newnan.
We help people relocate to Fayette and Coweta counties from other states and from across metro Atlanta. Many are drawn here by the Peachtree City golf cart lifestyle. About half decide Peachtree City is home, and the other half discover that Fayetteville, Newnan, Sharpsburg, or Senoia fits them even better.
We have moved ourselves, so we know what it feels like to arrive in a new town and not know anyone or anything yet. We are here to help with the home and with everything that comes after.

Our first conversation is about your life, not just square footage. Do you want an older home with character or something newer? Open concept or more defined rooms? A big backyard or a small one? When you tell us what you want, we ask about the purpose behind it, because that is what helps us find the right fit.
2. We think about the purpose of every room
Many buyers start with a number of bedrooms. If you need four bedrooms because one will be an office, a three-bedroom home with a formal living room might work just as well and open up more choices. Thinking about how you will use each room keeps you from passing on a home that would have been a great fit.
3. We help you compare communities
Every town here has its own feel. We walk you through the differences in lifestyle, commute, home styles, and lot sizes so you can see which one fits you:
- Peachtree City: golf cart paths that connect neighborhoods, shopping, and recreation, plus several 55+ communities.
- Fayetteville: a more traditional town with shopping at the Fayette Pavilion, plus Trilith, a walkable town built around Trilith Studios, where major movies are filmed.
- Tyrone: a smaller-town setting where many neighborhoods have homes on an acre or more.
- Senoia: small-town charm with a historic downtown district, neighborhoods close to downtown, and wide-open spaces out in the country.
- Newnan: a historic downtown, traditional neighborhoods, wonderful shopping at Ashley Park, and more land on the outskirts.
- Sharpsburg: a rural feel with open space and more land.

4. We show you homes from wherever you are
If you are moving from out of state, we start with video tours so you can get to know the location and the home before you travel. When a home makes your short list, we help you plan a weekend scouting trip to see it in person. If you cannot visit before you make an offer, we use the due diligence period to make sure the home is right for you.
5. We help with the home you are leaving
If you own a home now, we help you plan the timing so you are not stuck paying for two. Depending on your situation, you might sell first, buy first, keep your current home as a rental, or use a bridge loan or a contingent offer. If you are moving from another state, we can refer you to a trusted listing agent there and work alongside them, and our local lenders can walk you through your options.
6. We help you settle in
Once you arrive, we are here with recommendations for everything under the sun: doctors, dentists, contractors, service providers, places to worship, and ways to meet people. Our goal is for you to feel at home here, not just own a home here.
Moving here for retirement?

Can you help us if we live out of state?
Yes. Most of our relocation clients are moving from another state. We use video tours to help you get to know the area and the homes, then help you plan a scouting trip when you are ready to see your top choices in person.
Do we have to sell our current home before we buy?
Not always. Some buyers sell first, some buy first, and some use a bridge loan or a contingent offer. A local lender can help you see which options fit your finances, and we will help you plan the timing.
Which town is right for us?
It depends on how you want to live. If you love the idea of driving a golf cart to dinner, Peachtree City may be the place. If you want more land, a historic downtown, or a smaller-town feel, Newnan, Sharpsburg, Senoia, Tyrone, or Fayetteville may fit better. We will help you compare them.

We know Fayette and Coweta counties best, including Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone, Senoia, Newnan, Sharpsburg, and beyond.
