Top Areas in South Metro Atlanta
Our home base is Peachtree City, and we know the communities of Fayette and Coweta counties well. We help buyers find homes in the towns below, and we list homes and handle estate sales throughout the greater Atlanta area.

Fayette County
Peachtree City
Peachtree City is our home base. Incorporated in 1962 as a planned community, it is known for more than 100 miles of multi-use paths that residents travel by golf cart, bike, or on foot to reach shops, parks, and lakes, including Lake Peachtree and Lake Kedron. The city also has several 55+ communities.
Fayette County
Fayetteville
Fayetteville is the county seat of Fayette County and was incorporated in 1823. Its historic courthouse, built in 1825, is the oldest surviving courthouse in Georgia. Nearby, the Town at Trilith has added a walkable village next to one of the largest film studios in the country. Shopping is close by at the Fayette Pavilion.

Fayette County
Tyrone
Tyrone sits in the northwest corner of Fayette County, about 25 miles from downtown Atlanta. Incorporated in 1911, it offers a quieter, small-town setting with quick access to State Route 74 and I-85, a convenient route toward Atlanta and the airport. Many of its neighborhoods have homes on an acre or more.
Coweta County
Sharpsburg
Sharpsburg is a small Coweta County town, incorporated in 1871, set between Peachtree City and Newnan. State Route 54 connects it to Peachtree City about five miles away, and State Route 16 leads west to Newnan and southeast to Senoia. It has a rural feel, with open space and more land.

Coweta County
Senoia
Senoia was incorporated in 1866 and is known for its restored historic downtown. Its Main Street has appeared in film and television, including The Walking Dead, and today it draws visitors to its local shops and restaurants. Beyond downtown, you will find neighborhoods close to the historic district and wide-open spaces out in the country.
Coweta County
Newnan
Newnan has been the county seat of Coweta County since 1828 and proudly calls itself the City of Homes. Many of its historic homes survived the Civil War, and its walkable downtown is filled with local shops and restaurants. Shopping is easy at Ashley Park, and the outskirts offer more land.
